Konverge Technologies - Senior Datacenter Consultant - ACI Based Networks (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy ACI solutions to optimize network infrastructure and services.

- Deploy and manage Nexus Dashboard for centralized network operations and insights.

- Implement and configure APIC to enable centralized control and policy-driven automation for the network.

- Design and implement VXLAN solutions for scalable, secure network virtualization.

- Work with VMware, Hyper-V, or other server virtualization platforms to integrate virtualized server environments with network solutions.

- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Knowledge Transfer (KT), and handover documents for both internal teams and clients.

- Provide troubleshooting expertise for ACI, Nexus Dashboard, APIC, VXLAN, and server virtualization issues.

- Work with internal and client teams to resolve technical problems and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex network issues.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for network designs, troubleshooting guides, and implementation processes.

- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for team members or clients to ensure smooth handovers of solutions.

- Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

- Participate in meetings with clients to understand requirements and provide network-related solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security experts, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Assist with ongoing training and development of junior engineers or team members.

- Ensure network designs align with business goals and compliance standards.

Technical Skills :

- Expert in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting ACI-based networks.

- Proficient in working with Cisco Nexus Dashboard for network analytics and management.

- Strong knowledge of APIC management, configuration, and automation.

- Expertise in configuring VXLAN-based virtual networks and managing network overlays.

- Proficient in integrating networking with VMware or Hyper-V virtualized environments.

- Experience in creating HLD, LLD, KT, and handover documents to communicate designs and implementations clearly.

Communication Skills :

- English : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Hindi : Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for communication with local teams and clients
