Deputy Manager - Inventory Planning

Role & responsibilities

- Non-Hardware Planning & Procurement:
Develop, execute & improve strategic Demand forecast and purchasing plan for consumables products in alignment with demand trends, Market Trends, promotional activities and target inventory levels.

- Supplier Management:

Supplies planning and Purchase orders Management. Weekly Inventory review against the customer orders & Sales Demand.

Generate and review the MSLs/ Auto replenishment of stocks to Child WHs

- Demand Planning:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, service & planning teams) to determine non-Hardware demand and order volumes.

Understanding of Spare Parts Planning and planning Automations tools

- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use data analytics to track sales trends, inventory levels, lead times, and other variables to generate resulting statistical forecast

- Inventory Management :

Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting. Provide regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and inventory management. Assessment of Slow & Non-Moving inventory, making Inventory classification models.

- Performance Bench Marking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer service levels, and recommend actions for continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Planning and Analytical Skills
• Well verse with SAP Inventory Module.
• Good command on MS-Office
• Working experience in SAP and Excel Formulas and creation of Dashboard Reports
