Recently there is change in senior management which effects company terribly. Change in committed bonus calculation and decrease in increment percentage even when company achieved its targets.

Dislikes

There are 3-4 grade for every level. You are eligible for a grade change only after 2 years. You cannot expect a promotion or change in designation before 5 years atleast. No benefits for employees.

It is okay. My reporting manager is good but senior management specially who came as Expatriates are terrible. They cut benefits and reduce ease to work environment.
