Manager - Supply Chain Management

Role & responsibilities

• Create statistical operating forecasts & rolling forecast for business requirements and Budget Plans
• Manage & Present the PSI/ S&OP meeting for management review and decision making
• Gather, analyse and validate Sales projection data, review resulting statistical forecast models, apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting
• Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain
• Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel
• Periodic Inventory review against the customer orders and ensure order line fill, inventory levels etc, by continuously improving and balancing the Demand and Supply gaps
• Maintain inventory targets for the company which effectively balance cash-flow, lead-times, and inventory turn rates
  Review promotional plans with Marketing & sales, accessories attachment ratio as per the actual sales trend
• Automation of PSI/S&OP process by analysing data, mapping business Processes/gaols and existing tools scalability.
• Strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors & supplier performance

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Planning and Analytical Skills
• Well verse with SAP Inventory Module.
• Good command on MS-Office
• Working experience in SAP and Excel Formulas and creation of Dash Board Reports
