Roles and Responsibilities

Your Remit

Talent Acquisition:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and orientation.

HR Policies

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives and labour laws
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in India

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Manage employee relations and engagement minimizing attrition
• Assist in performance appraisals, career development plans and trainings.

Administrative Support:

• Oversee general day-to-day office administration, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as required.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Manage company records, contracts, and documentation related to HR and administration including employee records
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR & administration,
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable with multitasking and adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible in taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Efficient in MS Office and eager to learn additional relevant tools
• Knowledge of Successfactors is desirable, but not a must
