Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Asst. Manager Generalist to join our team at Anjali Mukerjee Health Total Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in nutrition-based healthcare and wellness. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of HR expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a healthy and high-performing workplace. This role offers an annual salary of ₹10 - ₹12 lakhs and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a purpose-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Oversee an effective onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new employees.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company's mission and values.

3. Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing training and support to managers and employees.
  • Identify opportunities for learning and development and design tailored training programs.

4. Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect changes in legal requirements or company practices.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer salary structures, payroll, and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to maintain competitive compensation strategies.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement levels, and workforce productivity.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

7. Culture and Values Alignment:

  • Foster alignment with the company's focus on nutrition, health, and sustainability.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee wellness and corporate social responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
