Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Business Manager will be responsible for the overall management and growth of Kallista brand in India. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in managing high-end brands, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution
o Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
o Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
Brand Management
o Build Kallista Brand in India
o Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
o Manage brand communication across all channels to enhance brand equity.
Sales & Marketing
o Lead the development of sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Operations Management
o Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
o Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
Financial Management
o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
o Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement
o Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Team, Sales Team and customers.

Qualifications & Experience :

10 to 15 years of relevant experience in business management roles within the luxury goods sector.
Experience in luxury goods is mandatory.
Proven success in launching and managing luxury brands.
Experience in the sanitary ware industry or related fields is an advantage.
Graduate in any stream and MBA preferably from Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school.

Strategic Visionary: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth.
Leadership Excellence: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of the luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior in India.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate a fast-paced and evolving market.
