Executive - Plant Maintenance (SAP)

• Being part of Global Center Of Excellence (COE) for SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)
  1. Build and maintain an active network of global leaders and Plant Maintenance team
  2. Work with the global IT teams (Corporate IT - SAP) to define the process and being part of execution of roll out of SAP-PM at different locations globally
  3. Part of deployment of SAP-PM rollout and manage (along with or independently) the same for the plants and all operations including the hospitality business
• Project Management for Rollout and bring Execution Discipline and rigor to the daily working style
  1. Need to be part of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementation and rollout projects at various Kohler Plants
  2. Needs to support on planning and schedule adherence
  3. Ensure that the meeting minutes are published in a clear and concise manner
  4. Have familiarity with the Kohler SAP-PM - processes, standards, tools and techniques.
  5. Meeting project commitments and being part of multiple projects at multiple locations
  6. Strong, proactive individual who takes the initiative to identify, own and solve customer problems
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently execute work tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  8. Ensure that the weekly plan updates are published, and risks are highlighted and brought to the attention of all stakeholders for removing any potential roadblocks
  9. Ensure that Monthly reports are submitted as per the Quality set standards for review and audits
• Data Integrity and Ownership and provide support services to maintain global SAP-PM Functionality
  1. Lead or directly being responsible for maintaining the data in the system(s)
  2. Own the Master data management for All Kohler plants.
  3. Definition of standards of master data and process for creation and updation.
  4. Coordinate for Master data (e.g., material records and data, work centers, equipment) and support on the Development of SAP PM documentation for plant use (SOPs, trainings, etc.)
  5. Create/Update: Material info records, source lists, BOMs, functional locations, work centers, blanket POs, scrap/obsolete records, etc.
  6. Create PMs frequency and detailed information based on plant s requirements and information and upload of manuals/documents.
  7. Mass master data changes using Win-Shuttle.
• Data Analytics, reporting and continual improvement
  1. Creation of reports out of SAP PM master data,
• Operations Best Practices and Continual Improvement
  1. Should sphere-head the CI activities across Kohler business for SAP-PM
  2. Participate in brainstorming for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Value addition as a functional expert in SAP-PM
  1. This position will also be responsible for GRC Security for SAP PM and having global shared directory access to all master data.
  2. Work with the plant to determine the space required for storing the materials, understand the physical location and the methods that will be used to withdraw the materials and transfer, work with the finance team to understand and align the processes
  3. Upgrade testing PM for different functions (PM System, labor, etc.)
  4. Accounting & accounts payable Work Order issue troubleshooting.
  5. Support on Define SAP PM roles, authorization matrix.
  6. General troubleshooting actions for SAP PM.
  7. Manage the online PM request system for breakdowns

• SAP-PM Systems, peripheral systems & training ownership

1. Take ownership on training the super users and subsequently the end users on the processes, systems, and transactions

Must Have

• • Bachelor s Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Automotive (or respective)
  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience
    1. Basic Understanding of Maintenance Processes/ Inventory processes.
    2. Hands-on experience in Maintenance (domain)
    3. Hands-on experience with SAP PM module
  • Willingness to learn and adopt SAP technology
  • Good knowledge in data processing using Excel/ Access or other tools
  • User knowledge of any one project management software
  • Documentation skills with very good written and spoken English

Good to have

  • Hands-on experience with other SAP Modules (SD, MM, HR, PP etc.)
