Job Description:

As the AM - Web Analytics Implementation, your primary objective will be to facilitate the implementation and ongoing management of Adobe Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior, website performance, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, implement tracking requirements, and generate reports to measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular audits of tracking tags and ensure accurate data collection, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into website and campaign performance
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations to optimize website and digital marketing strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, and provide guidance on emerging technologies and data privacy regulations

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics implementation and digital marketing analysis
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and data layer implementation for tag management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
