Training & Partnerships Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Market Development:

• Establish and lead the Indian chapter of Laboris Global, aligning with the

companys global mission and objectives.

• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to position Laboris Global as

a leader in training and workforce development.

• Represent the company in domestic and international forums, building the brand

in the Indian market.

2. Training Program Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs tailored

to market needs.

• Ensure training programs align with both domestic and global standards.
• Monitor the performance of training sessions and drive continuous improvement.

3. Collaboration & Partnerships:

• Build and maintain a robust network of trainers, subject matter experts, and

training institutions in India.

• Collaborate with global training partners to bring international expertise to the

Indian market.

• Manage partnerships to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality training

programs.

4. Resource Management & Team Building:

• Recruit and onboard trainers, training facilitators, and support staff as needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the training team to achieve program goals.

5. Business Development:

• Work closely with the global business development team to identify and pursue

new opportunities in India.

• Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training programs and initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or

related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in training, partnerships, or related roles. Experience in

workforce development is a plus.

• Additional: Knowledge of training technologies and digital platforms is preferred.
