Role & responsibilities

1. Designing, conducting, and initiating relevant training and development programs for employees at all levels in the organization.
2. Responsible for Training Need Identification process,
3. Responsible for preparing Training calendar Competency and Skill details.
4. Responsible for maintaining Training Records, Training effectiveness records
5. To initiate & complete performance appraisal of all employees as per RPMS.
6. Acting as a liaison and coordinator for external training partners.
7. Managing training programs, preparing schedules, allocating instructors, and monitoring costs.
8. Assessing training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness.
9. Identifying skills gaps, developing learning courses, and managing training budgets.
