Network Manager

• Manage and support LAN/SDWAN/VPN and SAN infrastructure using state-of-the-art data and network technology
• Manage Core and Access Switches, Routers and other on-prem Networking equipment
• Manage ISP data circuits and Internet related communication services
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze system health, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency
• Develop technical specifications and support documents
• Establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with superiors, fellow workers, customers and third-party vendors
• Develop project plans for implementing new installations or system upgrades
• Manage network security operations, install and maintain network hardware, EDR software, firewall, intrusion prevention system
• Perform routine backup and restore operations that align with business RPO/RTO guidelines
• Design IT workflow and customer guided support plans as needed
• Fulfill assigned service requests and assist help desk with escalation tickets
• Maintain physical and virtual infrastructure environments
• Setup, install, maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware, software and network printers
• Manage and maintain on-premise Servers and Hybrid Infrastructure
• Support Azure Hybrid Cloud environment and ability to support business applications
• Manage Palo Alto Firewalls both on-premise and Azure Cloud environments
• Ability to support locations 24/7 and occasional travel to other Kodi facilities
• Assist with organizational compliance initiatives (GDPR, PCI, CCRA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Conduct security assessments and compliance related scans, remediating vulnerabilities and other findings as reported by the security team
• Serve as point of contact with third party vendors for technical support
• Implement Backup and Recovery operations using Veeam Tools & Technology
• Windows Server Administration & Troubleshooting
• Management of Local Active Directory & Azure Entra ID Services
• Ability to manage M365 Portal and Azure resources
• Ability to work on other IT initiatives and projects delegated by the Corporate IT Team

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong technical skills with computer systems and Microsoft Software Products
• Strong IPv4 networking skills and knowledge in TCP/IP Protocol
• Strong Windows, VMware and Unix/Linux experience is preferred
• Strong Cisco/HPE/Aruba networking (Layer 2 & Layer 3)
• Strong Palo Alto/VPN/NGIPS knowledge is preferred
• Strong Project Management and DevOps skills is preferred
• Strong Azure Cloud experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python or Shell Scripting) is preferred
• Strong knowledge in VMware vSphere and ESXi technology is preferred
• Strong NetApp Storage Administration experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge in Ubiquiti wireless technology is preferred
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online is required
