Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
replacement of products and components (Windows/Mac desktops and laptops, network and desktop
printers, VoIP phones, Wireless Access Points, Local Area Network hardware)
troubleshooting, installation and configuration
to tier 2/3 or onsite support.
Exchange Online services.
Tanium/Atera/Intune/etc.
security incidents or breaches of the environment
customer feedback and potential requests as needed
workers, customers and vendors
other findings as reported by the compliance team
