Signage Graphic Order Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Signage Graphic Order Coordinator at KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd. in Mumbai. The Coordinator will be responsible for order management, order processing, communication, and customer service related to signage graphic orders on a daily basis.

• Order Processing: Receive & enter orders into the companys database, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
• Order Verification: Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Process Customer Sample Requests: Receive and enter sample requests through companys database
• Basic Sales Quote Support: Assisting sales teams with preparing accurate quotes prior to the order
• Account Maintenance: Maintain the accuracy of our customer’s account information including Address, Phone number, Customers names and contact information.
• Customer Communication: Communicating with customers via email and messaging system through the Partner Portal to confirm order details, Answer product or process related questions, and provided updates on order status.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns related to orders promptly and professionally, working to find solutions that meet both customers’ needs and company standards.
• All other duties as needed for the benefit of the group or organization.

Skills and Abilities

• Effective written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professional and courteously with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments such as sales, layout, production, and logistics to confirm order details, production capacities, and order updates or changes.
• Good mechanical aptitude and abilities required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
• Well organized with the willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

Graduation and minimum two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

• Order Management, and Order Processing skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems

Experience in graphic design or signage industry is a plus
