Role & responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day technical support (troubleshooting and installing) for over 200+ users ( CEO Office , GDO Office ,COO Offices & Directors Offices ), including :
Monitoring & Management
Handle 50+ calls daily via email, Teams, mobile calls, and the ITSM portal.
Create and close tickets on time through the ITSM (Green IT LTSCT ) and iFix ( L&T ) portals.
Review and provide feedback to the IT leadership team to improve ITSM Tools processes.
End User Management
Onboard new users by joining their laptops to Azure Active Directory with all mandatory applications .
Onboard users in the LTSCT Group user group.
Provide user instruction and resolve any end-user issues that arise.
Configure email accounts for new users on their IT assets.
Network
Attend regular calls related to laptops, computers, and network problems.
Install and configure network printers.
Offer remote technical support and network administration for internal and external clients (Chennai, US, Europe, Japan) using TeamViewer connections.
Software support
Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, MS Project, MS Visio
Other Software (FortiClient, Global Protect, Adobe Pro, RealVNC , Putty).
Hardware
Validate that all laptops and servers are properly installed with the operating system.
Set up workstations and resolve break-fix issues for laptops and desktops.
Perform remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Asset Management
Perform logistics work, including shipping and receiving assets, cycle counting, and stocking products.
