Job Description
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughoutthe year with respect to US Business Tax.
- Review simple to complex US Business tax returns i.e. 1065/1120/1120Setc. (Trial Balance and other relevant adjustment entries regarding tax returns).
- Value added if have experience in Individual tax return(1040).
- Experience in foreign forms i.e. 5471, 5472 8865based on the return complexity and requirement.
- Should have a core understanding of US Tax concepts.
- Supervise and lead a team, closely monitor the performanceof the team and provide feedback. Guide and motivate the team members duringthe season, Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Should have email drafting skills, communication with clientsand internal team relating to day-to-day assignments.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time bythe Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Business Returns- 1065/1120/1120S etc.
- Experience working in Tax software like Engagement Binder,Pro System FX, CCH Axcess CCH Workflow.
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical skills and good in oraland Email communication.
- Candidate should be either MBA, M. Com or Enrolled Agentcertification obtained or in process or CA
