Job Description

- Participatein client conference calls and technical discussions internally.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- MBA(Premier B-School), MS (Finance), CA (only with relevant experience).
- Certificationsincluding CFA (CFA Institute, US), CVA, ASA, and/or ABV preferred.
- BiotechEngineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology preferred.
- Experienceworking in the biotech/pharma/life sciences/health care sector preferred.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Workfrom the office (Ahmedabad or Gurgaon) in a hybrid setting for a minimum of twodays a week (consistent with Knowcraft policy).
- Minimum24-36 months of valuation and/or consulting experience. In exceptional cases, 12-18months of non-relevant experience after MBA from a premier B-School, in whichcase the candidate should stand out on other eligibility criteria.
- Strongresearch, analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellentwritten and spoken communication skills and the ability to communicateeffectively with the team, seniors, and clients.
- Abilityto manage junior team members.
- Veryorganized, detail-orientated, and proactive.
- SuperiorExcel, Word and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new softwareapplications; and
- AdvancedExcel/VBA skills and/or Power BI/Power Query/PowerPivot experience preferred.

Nothing, the management has been quite unfair towards its employees.

All the things. The HR and management does not listen to the employees. Work culture has deteriorated in last 1 year. They have forcefully put people on PIP, right before annual bonus, and have taken unjust steps to ask employees to leave.
