Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in the Outsourced Investment Banking team at Knowcraft Analytics Private Limited, you ll be part of a dynamic group that supports global investment banking clients. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, refine, and maintain complex financial models, including three-statement models, DCF, LBO, and merger models.
• Conduct valuation analysis using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
• Support investment banking teams with pitch books, deal memos, and investment theses by structuring financial insights.
• Perform industry and company research, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
• Assist in preparing information memorandums (CIMs), investor presentations, and teasers for MA and fundraising transactions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to understand deal requirements and deliver tailored insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality in all deliverables.
