Zenworx Knowledge Partners - Expert - Financial Modeling (5-10 yrs)

Zenworx Knowledge Partners is a premier provider of research solutions to global Hedge Funds (HF) and Private Equity (PE) firms. Our projects encompass the entire transaction spectrum, including initial investment screening, business and financial due diligence, market entry and sizing, as well as post-closing portfolio company updates. We are headquartered in New Delhi, India.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, three-statement).

2. Analyze financial statements and key metrics (EBITDA, free cash flow).

3. Conduct sensitivity, scenario analysis, and peer benchmarking.

4. Apply corporate finance concepts and valuation techniques (Enterprise Value, Net Debt).

5. Audit, amend, and automate models; resolve issues (e.g., circular references).

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience building complex financial models (investment research, private equity, or investment banking preferred).

2. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, macros, VBA).

3. Strong understanding of financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation, and accounting principles.

4. High attention to detail and accuracy in model development and review.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, MBA, or similar qualifications are a plus
