Job Description
- Performs other duties asassigned from time to time by the Manager. Responsible for working on multiple assignmentsthroughout the year with respect to US Business Tax.
- Preparation and self-review simpleto complex US Business tax returns i.e.1065/1120/1120S etc.
- Value added if have experienceon foreign forms i.e. 5471, 5472 8865 etc.
- Should have core understandingof US Tax concepts.
- Should have email drafting skills,communication with clients and internal team relating to day-to-day assignments.
- Performs other duties as assignedfrom time to time by the T.L./Manager.
- Preparation of workpapers and schedulesrelevant to tax return .i.e Trial balance, Adjustment entires of book and tax.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA
- Minimum 2 years of work experience inBusiness Returns-1065/1120/1120S.
- Experience working in Tax software likePro System FX, CCH Axcess CCH Workflow.
- Strong working knowledge on MicrosoftExcel and other tools.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical skillsand good in oral and Email communication.
- Bachelor s degree in accounting and/orFinance, master s degree preferable.
- Candidate should be either MBA, M. Com or Enrolled Agent certification obtained or in process or CA or CA-Inter and CPA.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager. Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year with respect to US Business Tax.
