Job Description
As a Manager in the Outsourced Investment Banking teamat Knowcraft Analytics, you ll be part of a dynamic group that supports globalinvestment banking clients Our firm, Knowcraft Analytics, is an ISO 27001certified organization providing comprehensive offshore solutions toaccounting, advisory, investment banking, taxation, and valuation firms in theUS and Canada. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- TransactionSupport: Develop and review financial models, including DCF,comparable companies analysis, and transaction precedent analysis, to supportmergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring deals.
- DealOrigination Support: Collaborate on pitchbooks, teasers,confidential information memorandum, and other marketing materials for clients.
- ClientEngagement: Maintain high-quality standards while managingclient relationships, understanding their requirements, and deliveringcustomized solutions.
- TeamLeadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts andassociates, ensuring the delivery of client-ready work.
- Sales andBusiness Development: Work closely with leadership toidentify opportunities for expanding services. Contribute to client pitches andmanage cross-functional initiatives to win new business.
- ProcessExcellence: Implement best practices to improve efficiency,quality, and compliance with data security and integrity norms.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7-8 years ofexperience in investment banking, financial services, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience infinancial modeling, valuation, and transaction advisory.
- Strong communication andpresentation skills, with a proven track record of client engagement.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP,capital markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to advanced analyticstools and automation in research and financial modeling is a plus.
- A U.S. visa (preferred but notmandatory).
