• 3 to 4 years (Relevant 2 years minimum)

• Postgraduate in the field of Biotechnology/Pharmaceuticals or Graduate in the same field having a min. of 2 years relevant work experience

• Rotational Shifts (Indian 10am to 7pm)
• UK (1pm to 10pm/ 2pm to 11pm)
• US (6:30pm to 3:30am/7:30pm to 4:30am)
• APAC (6:30am to 3:30pm/ 7:30am to 4:30pm)

• Manage a team of researchers (15-20n, including 4-5 Senior associates), setting up project targets for the entire team, individual KRA s, incentives, and appraisal feedback to the respective Assistant manager
• Mentor the senior associates and associates to keep the efficiency over 100%
• End-to-end planning and execution of all the assigned projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Executing simultaneous checks on project timelines, transparency, promptness of communication (internal and external stakeholders), quality of internal data map and final data shared with the client, and overall management (entails C-Sat scores)
• Provide value addition at every stage, including research plan, analysis, and insight generation
• Finalize the project objectives, plan, data map, and files per the expectations
• Monitor the project progress promptly, identify the current and potential bottlenecks, ensure timely resolution, and identify its impact on the overall project delivery
• Manage multiple Quant/Qual projects under tight timelines, interface with global clientele, and prioritize requests based on the criticality and business needs as agreed with the stakeholders
• Creating the first draft of the contingency plan and corrective action points in case of client escalations

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
• Comprehensive domain knowledge of Healthcare/Biotech/Pharma terminologies and workflow of the Healthcare Research Industry
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills for smooth project execution with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Proven team management and leadership abilities with a focus on achieving team goals
