Team Leader(Biotech)

Efficiently manage a team of Stem Cell Counsellors in the assigned region

Maximize team productivity through effective communication and leadership.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive team performance.

Ensure consistent achievement of stem cell banking enrolment targets.

Accompany the team on client presentations, doctor visits, and field activities periodically to monitor and guide them.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales strategies.

Work towards improving overall service delivery.

Education:

Graduates/Post-graduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics etc.)

Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role(2-4yrs).

Preferably in healthcare, biotech, or sales-driven environments.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.

Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques.

Expertise in client management and team coordination.

Competencies:

Ability to manage teams efficiently and ensure adherence to protocols.

Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
