Job Description
Knowcraft is looking for a highly motivated individuals with relevant experience in the field of US Valuations. As anAnalyst, we are seeking a candidate with the following skill set.
SERVICE TYPE/EXPERIENCE
- Well-versed with key valuationconcepts, including the income, market and asset approach, discount rates, discounts,and premiums, etc.
- Well-versed with key financialconcepts, including the three key financial statements and key financial ratios.
- Demonstrated knowledge ofbuilding financial and/or forecasting models from scratch will be preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather information and datarequired to perform valuation.
- Demonstrate the ability toplan and manage your work schedule.
- Keep projects running onschedule by interrogating the data immediately to determine if it is adequateand usable to perform the valuation.
- Perform various financialanalyses, financial modeling, and report writing (including company, industry,and economic research).
- Review own work and that ofteammates to ensure the quality of the work product; and
- Participate in clientconference calls and technical discussions internally.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- CA/MBA Freshers
- Add-on: MS (Finance) or CFA(CFA Institute, US); and
- Certifications including CVA,ASA, and/or ABV preferred.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Excellent quantitative, analytical,written, and presentation skills.
- Minimum 0-6 months ofvaluation and/or consulting experience.
- Experience working in BigFour s valuation team, or a leading valuation firm will have a preference.
- Ability to effectivelycommunicate with the team, seniors, and clients.
