Job Purpose: The role is to provide directions to the team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets/ objectives and also business development.

Major Deliveries:

- Analyze data and keep track of key parameters to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like the addition of new contractors/ dealers, value up-gradation of existing dealers, etc.

- Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.
Cross-Functional Management:
- Integrate with other verticals like Commercial and Marketing functions to promote sales and service to customers.

- Strategize and drive the growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities and analyzing trends and getting the plan implemented by the team.
