Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance.

- Drive revenue growth and expand market penetration across South India.

Market Expansion:

- Identify and capture new business opportunities to grow the company's market presence.

- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients to increase product availability and build loyalty.

Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear objectives, establish performance standards, and provide ongoing feedback to drive team success.

Revenue and Profitability Management:

- Optimize pricing strategies, manage the product mix, and improve channel operations to achieve financial goals.

- Analyze sales data, prepare budgets, and forecast performance to ensure cost-effective operations

MIS and Analytics:

- Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and CRM tools to monitor sales performance and generate actionable insights.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

- Address customer needs proactively and ensure satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Operational Excellence:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless operations.

- Optimize internal processes to enhance overall sales efficiency.

Brand Building:

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase visibility.

- Implement initiatives that position the organization as a reliable partner for clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience and Expertise

- 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with any construction products.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and leading successful teams.

- Experience in handling large-scale operations

- Personal Attributes

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on achieving targets.

- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

- Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) and experience in the Tamil Nadu market.
