Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the zone.
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer - Government, Institutional & Architects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
