Incharge- R & D and Sampling

Leads project team during product/packaging development & implementation phases to ensure the packaging is compliant with all relevant food safety requirements, quality standards.

Responsible for maintaining the record of packaging databases for specifications and all new product development details are aligned with system.

Implements cost savings initiatives and deliver quality product against the annual cost savings target.

Ensure all new packaging items are successfully tested, trialled and meet agreed specifications prior to use.

Assist the PPC team in the timely and accurate approval and release of all new packaging codes and Bills of Material in SAP.

Work closely and establish positive relationships with all key person including the Marketing, Innovation, Production, Quality and Purchasing teams, along with Suppliers and Customers regarding all new projects and packaging changes.

Any new design related development in coordination with design team with respective to bag direction and thickness of stereo.

Excellent working knowledge of quality systems and audit program.

Create sample codes in SAP and proceed as per production process.

To send samples to marketing team members in coordination with quality and finishing department and track its record.

Ensure all the samples are QC inspected and as per their defined specification

To maintain reports for R&D and sampling and producing to management as per requirement.
