Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented RD Engineer to join our team. The RD Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing new products and improving existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to develop new products and improve existing products.
Design and prototype new products using CAD software and other design tools.
Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and quality assurance.
Analyze data and compile technical reports on research findings.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
Proven experience 2-3 years in RD or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
