About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team.
This role will be responsible for driving sales of our manufacturing to new and existing customers within the [mention target industry/territory].

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the best solutions from our product portfolio.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets using CRM software (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products and their applications to provide technical support and answer customer inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g, marketing, engineering, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably selling manufacturing products
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
