About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales and Operations Specialist to oversee sales and operational processes for the Maintenance and Spare Parts vertical.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and provide exceptional service to our business clients.
Location: Corporate office, Sector 49 Gurgaon
Roles and responsibilities:
- B2B Sales and Operations for Maintenance and Spare Parts vertical
- Team Management and Team building
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
- Provide technical support or coordinate with technical teams to address client concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the maintenance and spare parts domain.
- Identify opportunities for product diversification or service enhancements based on market needs.
- Cross functional Collaboration
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast trends
- Automotive background mandatory
- Strong understanding of sales processes and operational workflows
