Sales Manager Transformer Sales (Gujarat and South Region)

About the Job:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales and performance of transformer products in the Gujarat region.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, meeting aggressive growth targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery and execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the development and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market for transformer sales in Gujarat.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new market segments.

- Achieve aggressive sales targets, including monthly goals for both existing customers and new accounts.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and oversee their execution as per customer commitments.

- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the transformer industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPC contractors, utility companies, and industrial clients.

- Ensure a customer-focused approach by delivering tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transformer or related electrical industry.

Skills Required:

- Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven expertise in driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

- Market Research: Analytical skills to identify market trends and competitor strategies.
