We seek a strategic and result-driven Human Resource specialist to oversee our HR operations and talent acquisitions in India. The HR Manager will build, develop and implement HR Strategies, policies and programs that aligns with companys objectives and promote a positive work culture. The HR Manager will play a vital role in maintaining compliance related to local/ labour laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR Strategies that support the overall business Objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive workforce planning, Succession Planning and Talent acquisition.
• Performance Management.
• Implement HRM software aligning with the needs of the organization.
• Analysis of Employee Engagement needs and implementation.
• Build, Develop, Execute and Implement new HR Policies.
• Build and utilize HR metrices, trends, and insights to perform strategic planning.
• Learning & Development.
• HR branding & reputation building.

Must have Qualifications:

• Masters degree in HR, Business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Leader, with at least 10 - 12 years of experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem- solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
