Role & responsibilities:
Talent acquisition: From identifying a talent gap, partnering with internal stakeholders or department heads to define job requirements, candidate skill sets & job description for a vacant position, sourcing candidates through multiple job portals, referrals, Walk-ins, existing candidate pool. Design job posting & advertise on various platforms through different channels. Conduct initial phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, expertise and a cultural fit. Schedule interviews to finalizing a candidate negotiating an offer, pre-employment medical check- ups,background verification and generating an offer letter.
Induction & On-boarding formalities: Providing a welcome kit, documents verification, entry in HRMS, Enroll In Matrix, issuance of Visiting cards, Laptop, Mobile, SIM Card, give induction to new joined employee and corporate presentation, policies presentation and its understanding.
To generate official & disciplinary letters: Generation of offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, experience certificate, other formal letters, Show cause notice, warning letters to employee etc…
Designing and Implementing Engagement Strategies & programme: Creating Engagement Programs, Developing initiatives like surveys, feedback loops, recognition programs, and team-building events that foster a positive and engaged workforce which is aligned with organizational goals.
Handling performance appraisal system by providing forms to respective employees, Provide managers with tools and guidelines for conducting effective appraisals.Gather relevant data, such as performance records, feedback from superiors, peers, clients, and previous reviews. Finalizing % of increment based on performance, company turnover and growth. Evaluation of performance by achieved target data.
Fostering Positive Workplace Culture by Recognizing and Celebrating Achievements Developing programs that recognize employee contributions and celebrate milestones to boost morale. Creating an InclusiveEnvironment ensuring that the workplace is inclusive and respectful, where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform their best.
Handling employee wellness like renewals of GPA & GMC policy, claim processing & settlement with insurance companies, Annual &half yearly medical check-ups of employees.
Strategic Alignment by Aligning HR strategy with business goals: Ensure that HR policies and practices support the company's overall goals and strategies, especially in terms of workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Anticipate and plan for future workforce needs, considering factors like production targets, market conditions, and technological changes.
Time Office & Attendance: Maintain daily attendance record and generate monthly attendance record like over time, comp off, week-off, maintaining Leave registers.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Looking for HR generalist having minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
- Male & Female both candidates are preferred.
- Should have good command over English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Should have good negotiation skills
- Should have good liasoning skills with internal stake holders, external vendors/stake holders and management.
