✅ Experience: 15 to 20 years
✅ Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Plan & execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of heat treatment equipment
🔹 Ensure efficient operation & troubleshooting of furnaces and related machinery
🔹 Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
🔹 Maintain safety standards & compliance in maintenance operations
🔹 Lead a team of technicians and ensure smooth functioning of maintenance activities

Preferred Candidate:

📌 Strong expertise in heat treatment equipment & furnace maintenance
📌 Experience in automotive or transmission industry
📌 Knowledge of predictive maintenance & process optimization
