Manager - Product Design- Heat Exchangers

Role & responsibilities

• Role entails understanding of plant operations in process industries like pharma, chemical, agrochem, fertilizers, petrochemicals, etc.
• Product/ Applications engineering, process schemes for heat exchangers & allied range of products including thermal & mechanical aspects.
• Development of new application areas in focus sectors for generating business.
• Plan market strategy for business development for existing and new applications.
• Developing presentations, application dossiers with team for customer interactions.
• Travelling for customer interactions as per business requirements.
• Handle technical & commercial negotiations to finalize orders.
• Plan, present, participate at seminars, conferences, exhibitions to enhance business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have understanding of plant operations in process industries like pharma, chemical, fertiliser, etc.
• Experience of designing process equipment like heat exchangers/ pressure vessels, similar products
• Interest in application engineering and techno commercial business areas
• Knowledge of design programs such as ChemCAD, HTRI etc. is preferred
