✅ Qualification: BE Metallurgy
✅ Experience: 15 to 20 years
✅ Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure quality control in heat treatment processes
🔹 Maintain and implement ISO/QMS standards
🔹 Conduct failure analysis & metallurgical testing
🔹 Optimize heat treatment parameters for process improvement
🔹 Work closely with production & engineering teams to enhance efficiency
Preferred Candidate:
