Job Summary:

Kinetic Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Die Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair, assembly, and maintenance of press tools and dies used in sheet metal component manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in tool & die maintenance, with a strong understanding of die repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of press tools and dies for sheet metal parts.
🔹 Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
🔹 Supervise die assembly, modifications, and improvement activities.
🔹 Ensure proper die fitting, alignment, and performance optimization.
🔹 Work closely with the production and quality teams to maintain die efficiency.
🔹 Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
🔹 Train and mentor die maintenance technicians to enhance team capabilities.
🔹 Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Diploma in Tool & Die Making, NCTV, DME, or a related field.
✔ 15+ years of hands-on experience in press tool die maintenance, assembly, and repair.
✔ Expertise in sheet metal part manufacturing processes.
✔ Strong knowledge of die fitting, alignment, and troubleshooting techniques.
✔ Experience with CNC machining, grinding, welding, and EDM processes (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and ISO standards.
✔ Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and optimize maintenance procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month
