Manager - Maintenance

1. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment failure.

2. Analyse maintenance data and generate reports to predict potential issues.

3. Implement condition-based monitoring systems to optimize maintenance cycles.

1. Supervise the installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of SEYI, AIDA, CF and other presses.

2. Collaborate with production and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

3. Maintenance and troubleshooting of CO2 Spot-welding Machines.

4. Able to attend Breakdown and programming independently Tool Room Machines /CNC m/c, SPM m/c, (Beckhoff, Panasonic, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Fanuc, Siemens similar)

5. Maintenance of Utility machines like DG, Compressor, LT and HT yard.

6. Maintain documents in line with TS 16949 and EOHS requirements

1. Should have sound knowledge in Programming- HMI, PLC, SPM machines, CNC Machines Robot Processes.

2. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

3. Good knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming.

4. Should have good knowledge of hydraulic Pneumatic Systems

5. Capable of writing and analysing electrical circuits.

6. Possesses communication, interpersonal, relationship management and coordination skills.
