Job Description: As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the organization’s
maintenance operations, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and assets are maintained to
support optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency standards. You will lead the maintenance
team, develop strategic maintenance plans, and ensure seamless operations across all
departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (preferred).
ï‚• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing,

ï‚• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques, preventive
maintenance strategies, and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
