Job Description

1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Engineering Services Division, aligning with the overall goals of Aditya Auto Products.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing customer relationships and connections with the premier German Engineering Services company.

3. Establish and oversee the setup of the new division, including hiring key staff, setting up infrastructure, and implementing operational processes.

4. Develop a strong customer base by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the automotive industry.

5. Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing team of engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

6. Manage the division s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is achieved.

7. Continuously explore new markets and opportunities for growth, adapting strategies to meet changing industry demands.

8. Work closely with the senior management team of Aditya Auto Products and the premier German Engineering Services company to ensure alignment and synergy between the entities.

1. Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business unit, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

3. Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

You bring to Aditya:

1. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
