*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Business Development & Marketing Manager* to lead the growth of our Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the die-casting industry, with a focus on aluminium HPDC, and a proven track record in business development, marketing, and customer relationship management. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market presence in the aluminium HPDC sector.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Business Development:*
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium HPDC market, including automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer goods sectors.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the companys customer base and market share.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
5. Collaborate with the technical and production teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
*Marketing:*
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys aluminium HPDC capabilities and services.
2. Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content, to showcase the companys expertise and success stories.
3. Manage the companys presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
4. Leverage digital marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
*Customer Relationship Management:*
1. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
3. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
*Team Collaboration:*
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to align business development efforts with company capabilities.
