Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the recruitment process and assist with various HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment cycle, managing candidate communication, and assisting with HR administration.


Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.).
  • Support in sourcing candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Help maintain a candidate pipeline by actively engaging with potential candidates.

Screening & Shortlisting:

  • Review resumes and job applications to screen for qualifications and job fit.
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates based on role-specific criteria and support in making initial contact with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track applicant progress.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics, ensuring availability of hiring managers and candidates.
  • Send interview invitations and provide candidates with relevant details.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview feedback, and other updates.
  • Handle candidate queries related to the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.

General HR Support:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Managers and other HR team members.
  • Help maintain HR compliance by ensuring all employee documentation and records are up-to-date.
  • Support in various HR-related projects as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant, recruitment coordinator, or administrative support role (experience in recruitment is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a plus.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for recruitment and people management.
