HR Executive - Walkin Interview 14th March

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
• Offer Letter Release Prepare and issue offer letters for selected candidates.
• Onboarding Support Ensure smooth onboarding by collecting necessary documents and setting up employee records.
• ID Card Management Coordinate with vendors for issuing and renewing employee ID cards.
• Business Card Management Handle requests for business cards and liaise with vendors for timely issuance.
• SIM Card Management Manage company-provided SIM cards, track usage, and coordinate activations/deactivations.

Expectations

• MBA in HR/IR, MSW, MLM.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
