IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Min 0.6 years of experience into hiring is needed
• Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including online platforms (job boards, social media), professional networks, employee referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct comprehensive screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates through phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
• Experience in training and mentoring freshers and junior team members.
