Intern HR

Our flagship solution, SchoolAi by Coschool, is an AI-powered comprehensive learning platform for schools that brings together students, teachers, parents, and school leaders to personalise student learning. We empower teachers with the necessary tools and insights to help each student one-on-one. At the core of our solution is Vin, a personal AI tutor that enables student learning without knowledge gaps. With Vin, students can learn through conversation anytime, anywhere, in a judgment-free zone, at their own pace.


Duration – 3 months

Location – Work from office - Hyderabad

Stipend – Rs. 12,000 per month

Time – 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) 8 hours a day.

Job Description

1. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

2. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

3. Implements new hire orientation programs.

4. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity and recognition

5. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

6. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.
