The School Success Associate at Coschool would play a crucial role in ensuring that the Teacher adopts the Coschool product 100%. This individual will serve as a key point of contact, providing ongoing assistance to teachers, building strong relationships with school stakeholders, and ensuring the effective use of Coschool's product.

Key responsibilities
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with teachers to encourage and influence them
on how to utilize the Coschool product.
• Assist teachers in actively involving their students with the Coschool product
•Connect with teachers and actively capture feedback in the form of videos or written
testimonials and share that internally with other teachers in the school to promote the use
of School Ai in the school.
• Keep a detailed log of any technical issues, usability problems, or other challenges reported
by teachers.
• Provide regular updates to the central team, complete with context, frequency, and severity
of the issues, to ensure they can prioritize and resolve them effectively.
• Conduct focus group discussions with teachers to gather comprehensive feedback and
present them to the central team, offering insights and recommendations for product
enhancements.
• Keep the teachers informed on the continuous assessment of the progress of the student/s
and various modes of learning on the School Ai.
• Assist the sales team in helping design and implement pilot programs to showcase the
platform's benefits to additional grades or schools.
• Continuously monitor and communicate updates, new features, and product enhancements
from Coschool to school stakeholders.

Education: Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
