Hr Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize various online job portals and other recruitment tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture to effectively tailor the recruitment process.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and organization.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make recommendations on potential hires.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers and employment terms between the organization and candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to reporting manager.
