Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the skills and experience needed for a role.

• Post job listings on social media, job sites, and career fairs.
• Use job boards, databases, and networking to find potential candidates
• Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist candidates
• Interview candidates in person or via video conferencing
• Negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms with candidates
• Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and provide reports to HR management
• Recruiters need to be able to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and others via email, phone, and in person
