Job Description

Suma Blessings Foundation is looking for Fundraising Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and financial needs.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, which may include annual appeals, major donor campaigns, online giving, grant applications, and special events.
  • Donor Cultivation: Cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors to build rapport and trust. This may involve personal meetings, email correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Grant Writing: Prepare grant proposals for submission to foundations, government agencies, and other grant-making organizations.
  • Donor Recognition: Develop and implement strategies for recognizing and stewarding donors to maintain their support.
  • Fundraising Events: Organize and manage fundraising events, such as galas, charity auctions, and donor appreciation events.
  • Budgeting: Create and manage budgets for fundraising initiatives, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that fundraising goals are met.
